In this case study, out-of-the-box thinking was used to share a “viral” video to the local community. The video featured two cats walking in the snow with their tails intertwined, this was a cute way to capture the attention of our potential viewers, drawing a parallel to the cold of the winter and the need for heat pumps to remain warm.
